Race Clean Coach

Race Clean UK Training is based on more than ten years experience at pro and amateur levels.

Race Clean Head Coach, Lionel Reynaud has been coaching amateur riders and Protour riders (Cofidis in 2006-2007, Individuals) for many years and has although an experience as Performance Engineer (Biomechanics analysis and Aero Study).

He is specialist in Heart Rate Training and Power Training.

He was the first Coach in France to build a power training dedicated website in 2002.

Now he ‘s in touch with many training tools manufacturers such as POLAR, Cycleops. …
His involvement in Cycling Coaching is complete in UK as he’s ABCC Coach qualified (Level 3) and writes some articles in Cycle Coaching Magazine (British Cycling Coaches Magazine).
